Vanessa Velazquez is a senior and this is her first year writing for The Kahoki. She enjoys hearing others opinions and understanding why they think the way they do. She is hoping to find her new favorite style of writing during this course. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, shopping and finding new restaurants to try out. You’ll usually find her taking a nap or at work when she isn’t shopping. After high school she hopes to attend college and find a career that helps immigrants and their children.
